A person or group of people presenting a project likely to lead to the creation or takeover of a company whose place of business is/will be located in Wallonia.
Includes the self-employed in a complementary capacity.
Company
SME or self-employed person who carries out an economic activity and has a principal place of business in the Walloon region; the principal place of business being that which, within the company as a whole, employs the most workers.
It employs fewer than 250 people and has annual sales of less than €50 million, or total assets not exceeding €43 million.
Starter
Company registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises less than 5 years ago.
